At Myntra, the appraisal included a creativity and innovation score, which was unique. I was evaluated for campaign performance and cross-functional teamwork. Got a small hike and a voucher bonus. The work culture is inclusive, and leadership was receptive to ideas. Promotion cycles need to be better defined.

I used to hate online classes until I joined PlanetSpark. Their lessons don’t feel like boring lectures — they’re like games and stories with learning packed in. The trainers are patient, well-qualified, and know how to bring out the best in children. Classes are interactive, and the platform uses engaging tools and activities to make learning fun. The feedback after each session is personalized and constructive. I especially appreciate their focus on soft skills, which most schools neglect. The curriculum is modern and structured to build real-life communication. Although slightly pricey, the results are worth every rupee. I’d strongly recommend it to parents who want their children to express themselves freely.
