Affordable Option for Local and Hyperlocal Delivery I ordered food and a couple of products via platforms that use Shadowfax as the delivery partner. It’s super quick in metro areas. The tracking system is basic but functional. It works well when you need speed at lower cost, especially for groceries or smaller packages.

Decent for Bulk Shipping but Tracking Needs Improvement Used Gati for shifting my books and household items to another city. The goods arrived safely, although tracking updates were delayed and not very informative. Their team handled the pickup well. If they upgrade their tech side, it’ll improve the overall experience.
