Speedy but Customer Service Needs Work Ecom Express delivers quite fast, especially in Tier 1 and 2 cities. I had no problem receiving my parcel, but when I tried contacting customer service for a delivery change, the process was confusing. For regular shipments, though, it gets the job done.
