She used to be a very quiet child, but after joining these classes she has opened up a lot. Now she chats with her cousins in English during family calls. The way she enjoys learning is what makes me most happy. It’s not just improvement, it’s actual enjoyment in speaking.

ICICI has one of the best internet and mobile banking systems in India. Everything from bill payments to loan tracking can be done online without visiting a branch. I did face some delay in getting a credit card approved, but the overall digital experience is far ahead.

My daughter not only improved in English but also in overall personality. She now interacts confidently with relatives and even speaks in school assemblies. Earlier she was nervous and avoided eye contact. The teachers here encourage her in a very positive way. I am grateful that she is learning both communication and confidence together.

I have been tracking my child’s progress, and the fluency has increased a lot. Earlier, he used to pause and search for words. Now he speaks with less hesitation and forms complete sentences. The teachers are very supportive and ensure that every child gets a chance to speak in class. I also like that they give feedback after sessions, which helps us understand his growth.

It’s not like a sudden change but very steady and visible improvement. My son started with one or two-word answers, and now he gives full explanations. I like the patience of the teachers because they never rush the children. The progress is slow but very natural, and I feel that is more sustainable in the long run.
