Zoho has become an essential part of our office operations. The CRM and HR software are easy to use and integrate well with other tools. The best part is that it’s affordable compared to global alternatives. Support can be slow sometimes, but overall, it’s a strong Indian tech brand.

Freshworks offers great SaaS products for businesses. We’ve been using Freshdesk for managing customer tickets, and it’s very user-friendly. The mobile app is also quite handy for quick responses. It’s perfect for startups and mid-size firms.

PlanetSpark has really helped me come out of my comfort zone. Earlier, I used to hesitate a lot while speaking in groups, but now I can express my views better. The mentor was understanding and gave me time to improve at my own pace. Sometimes I felt sessions were a bit short, but overall, it was a very positive learning journey.

I joined PlanetSpark during college, and it honestly helped me prepare for interviews. The activities were interactive and actually fun. My trainer kept pushing me to speak more fluently, which built my confidence slowly. I’d just say they can make timing more flexible for students.

I’m not the type who usually enjoys online learning, but PlanetSpark changed my mind. The mentor made every session enjoyable, and I could see my speaking confidence improving week by week. Just wish there was a bit more focus on vocabulary building.
