Unitech Group – Honest Review ( Unitech )
We bought a property from Unitech and have already paid almost 90% of the total amount—but till date, we haven’t received possession. It’s been a really frustrating experience with constant delays and hardly any proper communication from their side. Unitech used to be one of the big names in real estate, and they did deliver some good projects back in the day. But things have gone downhill over the past few years. There are serious legal and financial issues, and many buyers like us are still waiting without any clear updates. Yes, some of their project locations are good and had potential, but that doesn’t matter if you’re stuck in limbo after investing so much money. Pros: Good locations, well-known brand in the past Cons: Long delays, no possession despite 90% payment, poor customer support, legal troubles Bottom line: Think twice before investing. Do your research and talk to other buyers. Our experience has been disappointing, and we hope things improve soon.
