My PlanetSpark appraisal was delayed by two weeks, which was frustrating. However, when it did happen, the review was detailed and well-structured. I appreciated the recognition of my efforts in maintaining high attendance and learner satisfaction. There’s room for improvement in reward-to-effort ratio. But the leadership’s openness to feedback made up for it.
