Working at TCS has been a great experience overall. The company provides solid learning opportunities, and the team environment is quite supportive. The projects are diverse, but sometimes the process can feel a bit slow because of hierarchy. Still, a great place for long-term growth.

My 9-year-old son was quite shy earlier. After joining PlanetSpark, he now answers questions more confidently in class. The trainer gives individual attention which I really liked. Sometimes the class gets a bit fast for him, but overall it’s helping a lot.

Infosys offers a lot of exposure to new technologies and clients. I joined as a fresher and found the training program very helpful. The work-life balance is decent, though client deadlines can sometimes get hectic.
