Gati is quite dependable for bulk shipments and long-distance deliveries. I run a small textile business and often send consignments through them. The packaging and handling are well managed. Sometimes customer service lines take time to connect, but the logistics side is handled well.

Zerodha is excellent for anyone starting their investment journey. The Kite app is very smooth, and charges are minimal compared to traditional brokers. They also provide good educational content for investors. However, the app sometimes faces downtime on highly volatile trading days, which can be stressful. Still, overall it’s the most cost-effective broker I’ve used.
